Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with other tasks as needed. Key responsibilities include:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the system.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a waitress or similar role preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
£20,000-£22,000 per annum
