Chettinadu Chef

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook traditional Chettinad dishes, including curries, rice dishes, and snacks.

Master the art of roasting and grinding spices to create authentic masalas.

Ensure all dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of food.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Innovate and create new dishes while preserving the authenticity of Chettinad cuisine.


Skills Required

Minimum 10–15 years of experience working in South Indian or Chettinad-style kitchens.

In-depth knowledge of Chettinad spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

Strong passion for traditional and regional Indian cuisine.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality.

Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
