Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and assisting various departments with clerical tasks. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide administrative support to managers and team members as needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Pay
£22,000-£25,000 per annum
